Patricia Raven:   Owner /Manager /Stylist

My passion for hairdressing began at the age of 15 and I cultivated that yearning all through high school until I won a scholarship to attend Cosmetology School in Eau Claire, WI. Shortly after graduating at the highest level and gaining experience at a salon in Eau Claire for one year, I moved to Hayward to manage a salon for 5 years. That was the key ingredient that led me to finally open my own salon, Town & Country, in 1976. Running my new business and then eventually having three daughters proved to be the goal of a lifetime. Being established now 34 years and producing many cosmetic changes and additions to my salon, we have added a full line of services and retail products to completely satisfy our customers’ needs.

Hair coloring, cutting and designing hair remain my expertise. Accumulated experience and the continued desire for the cosmetology field seems to grow as I seek new items of interest for our team to function with excitement and knowledge.

I am a member of Fashion Group International, National Cosmetology Association, National Health and Wellness, and  Cambridge Who’s Who of Leading National Professionals.

I have created 27 styles in Prom Magazine 2007 for dress designer DeBora Rachelle.
I favorably assist the Cosmetology School at WITC in Rice Lake, WI and the Hayward High School yearly with upcoming graduates on Career Day in conducting mock interviews for future positions in all areas.

We constantly fulfill our customers’ wishes with donations of their hair to “Locks of Love”.

Mandatory annual education is required for all staff to stay informed about the newest trends and happenings within our industry. As a team we enjoy pooling new ideas and bringing it forth to our salon.

We have collectively styled hair for many Hayward High School plays, along with local Community Fashion Shows.

To ingratiate our loyal customers we have implemented a VIP Loyalty Card Program for every dollar spent you receive 1 point. When you have reached the 100 point level, you receive $5.00 in credit to use on service or retail.

Jane Jalowitz:

I attended Cosmetology School in Eau Claire, WI. and graduated at the highest level. Immediately, I took on a hairstylist position in Chippewa Falls, WI for 3 ½ years. Upon my marriage and move to Hayward, WI,  I  took my accumulated knowledge for a great opportunity at Town & Country Beauty Salon and have been enjoying my salon experience here for 32 years. I love the diversity of the cosmetology field which in turn blends my complete interest in all spectrums of beautifying the individual.  It is constantly a challenging and changing profession that allows us to learn new techniques and keep up with the newest trends. I have built a clientele of customers who look forward to my design cuts and styles. My expertise remains in perming and coloring my customers to perfection.
